Orders are typically processed either same day, Pacific Standard Time (PST) or within one business day after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
- Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Available shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within one business day.
We partner with the following mail carriers to ship your packages:

- FedEx

Please note that delivery times are estimates and might be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your order. Orders shipping within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) and are over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and estimated delivery date of your order.
- International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees might apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for more information about potential additional charges.
- Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier's designated location, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or fees incurred. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
- Lost or Damaged Items:
While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure safe delivery, accidents can happen. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support within 30 days of placing your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, free of charge.
- Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped however, we cannot guarantee change of address since it depends on the carrier at this point and is no longer within our control.
- Holiday Shipping:
During holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing times and delivery estimates may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and carrier limitations. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 90 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
