I have a question. I have been mixing MgCl powder with a metal spoon. The case is I have left the metal spoon over night because I was in a hurry and Completely forgotten about it.
I took it out from the solution that I made and thought, its not a big deal.
And I drank from it. So my question is. How bad was it for me to do so. I got a small reaction with headache and feeling completely off.
Whats is happening with metal spoon and MgCl that is not good. Now I can’t undone it now, but can I do a detox to get the bed stuff that has accumulated the hole night in the solution that I made.
Some zeolite maybe. Or foot bath with Magnesium sulphur that can extracted the metal I drank.
Any thoughts about this.
Thanks
If I add 454 grams of Magnesium chloride powder to 1 liter of water, what would the volume of the resulting solution be?
Tony: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. The only way to prevent that from happening is if you store your Magnesium Chloride in an airtight container so it doesn’t absorb any moisture.
Linda: 1 shot is 1.5 oz or 45 ml and each teaspoon of Magnesium Chloride weighs slightly over 6 grams so you need 5 teaspoons (33 grams) to make 1 liter of the solution.
Even though I took care to reseal the bag after each use, by the end, begins so hygroscopic, the powder was extremely humid and hard to measure/weigh.
Ditto Barbara ‘s request for measurement conversion and what is a shot.
Barbara Heim: Just watch the video. Hope you have already figured this out…..
Barbara Heim: You need to take 2 shots a day and a 2-pound bag would make enough solution to last you about a year. One shot is 1.5 fl. oz. or 45 ml and 33 g is 1.16 oz and 1 L is 33.8 fl. oz.
I am almost 71 year old female and would like to order your magnesium chloride but I don’t know how much I will need. I would also like to know what a shot is. Could you also convert the measurements in ounces for me. Thank you so much. Barb
